Navigating the Thirdfort Dashboard

The Thirdfort dashboard provides you with a comprehensive overview of your completed and pending ID checks and is your starting point for initiating any new client ID checks. The dashboard is designed to be easy to use so you can quickly access the information you need most.
The dashboard is divided into different sections, each providing a different set of information. The buttons on the left of the dashboard display the search and ID check initiation functions.
Searching for an ID check
The second section provides quick search tools that can be used to locate any completed, closed, or pending ID checks. When searching for an ID check please ensure you select the relevant team that the ID check was raised in.
You can filter search results by All, Aborted, Open or Closed status, helping you locate the check you need. You can also use the toggle to filter out any checks that do not have ongoing monitoring switched on.
Searching for a Know your business check
In this section you can quickly search for any completed, closed, or pending Know your business checks. When searching for a check please ensure you select the relevant team that the check was initiated in. You can search using the company name, registration number, file reference or jurisdiction. You can filter by the check status as well as whether ongoing monitoring is switched on.
