What is the Activity Log?
Designed to enhance the ID check review process, you'll have a comprehensive record of all the changes made to the status of your client's check. These changes will be conveniently displayed in chronological order at the bottom of the ID Check activity page.
What's new?
- Get live updates when your clients begin and complete their tasks or upload additional documents so you know when you need to follow up.
- Full visibility on what’s happening with ongoing monitoring, screening hits and shared reports so you stay informed.
- Time-stamped, attributed actions so you know exactly what’s happened and when.
- Downloadable CSV file including all the details you need on every report.
Where will the activity log appear?
The log can be found at the bottom of your client's report activity page and will update automatically based on the status of the ID check.

An indelible audit trail
Once an action is performed, status changes are permanently saved to the log. To create and save a PDF copy of the current status of an ID check, use the 'Download activity log' feature.
