All you need to initiate a Lite Screening check is your client's name, date of birth and current address. This check includes:
- Screening and Address Verification
- Screening only
Choosing Between Lite Screening and Address Verification
Screening with Address Verification: Use when you need to verify both the individual's address and perform AML screening.
Standalone Screening: Ideal for screening only, especially useful for checking counter-parties, directors, or other individuals where address verification isn't necessary or possible.
Initiating a Lite Screening check
- Log into Thirdfort and go to the dashboard.
- Click the pink "Add new activity" button on the right side of the dashboard.
- From the left-hand menu, select "Lite Screening".
- Choose your team from the drop-down list.
- Select the type of screening check that you would like to run.
- Enter the client's details: full name, date of birth, and current address.
- Review the details carefully.
- Submit the check (Note: You cannot cancel it once submitted).
You will have the option to turn on Ongoing Monitoring if you would like to be updated on any changes to your client's screening status.
