Using Secure Share
Secure Share can be quickly and easily enabled from your Thirdfort checks, and can be enabled before or after check completion.
Enabling Secure Share when creating checks
To enable Secure Share when creating a check:
- Select to add an activity from your Thirdfort dashboard.
- Select to share the report
- Enter the email addresses of the individuals you want to receive the check
- Finish requesting your check as normal.
Enabling Secure Share after a check is completed
To enable Secure Share after you have received your completed check:
- Locate your completed check from your Thirdfort dashboard
- Select to share the completed report, from the report page on the portal
- Enter the email addresses of the professional individuals you wish to share the report with.
