TLDR: The article explains that checks created in the previous Thirdfort portal (app.thirdfort.com) are only accessible through that version, while the new CDD platform allows users to find checks via an ID check list with filters by organisation, team, status, monitoring status, initiator, and client details. It provides guidance on using these filters to efficiently search and manage checks. This guide is for clients using the new CDD platform only.
CDD vs the existing Thirdfort portal
Currently, checks created in the previous version of the Thirdfort portal (app.thirdfort.com) can only be accessed through that version. To view these checks, please click the banner at the top of the platform or use the links provided in the notification email sent when the check was completed.
Finding checks in CDD
The ID checklist is where you can find any checks that have been initiated by users in your team. You can navigate to this using the navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
You can find checks through multiple filtering and search options available in this list view:
- Organisation
- Team
- Status
- Monitoring Status
- Who initiated the check
- Client details.
- Date
Searching by organisation
If you belong to multiple organisations, you can filter checks by selecting an organisation from the dropdown list.
Searching by team
If you belong to multiple teams, you can filter checks by selecting a team from the dropdown list.
Searching by status
You can filter checks by their current status
- 'Awaiting activities' - this means the check has been sent to your client and is waiting for them to complete their tasks.
- 'Activities complete' - this means the client has finished all required tasks and the check results are ready for your review.
- ‘Check cancelled’ - this means you or a member of your team has initiated a check, but cancelled it before the client completed their tasks.
Searching by monitoring status
You can use this filter to show you only checks that have ‘Ongoing monitoring’ turned on. Do this by selecting ‘Active’.
Searching by who initiated the check
You can filter checks to show only those initiated by a specific team member. Search by the user's name in the 'initiated by' field. The checklist will update to display only checks initiated by that person.
Searching by client details
Use the search bar to find specific checks by entering a client's name, phone number, or your internal file reference. You can search with partial information, such as just a client's family name or part of their phone number.
Searching by date
Use the date filter to find checks within a date range. Do this by selecting 'Date filter' and select the relevant date period you want to filter by.
