Nominated Individuals
If your client requires the help of a family member, friend or other trusted third party to complete their Thirdfort check, we kindly ask that if they need to contact our support team, the client and the person helping are both present on the call. Our support team will ask the client to confirm some details for the individual helping them and confirm that your client is happy for us to speak to the individual regarding their Thirdfort account.
If for any reason our team is unable to confirm that your client is happy for us to speak to a family member, friend or trusted third party about their Thirdfort check we will contact you directly to confirm details of the third party.
