Teams and user permissions within the Thirdfort portal

Teams
All Thirdfort users are organised into teams. Members of the same team can view each others' ID checks. You can be a member of one or more teams. If you are a member of multiple teams you will see a team selector box at the top of the dashboard when searching for checks. You can use this to select which team you are working in. If you cannot see this button it means you are only in one team.
Please ensure you are in the correct team when you create a new ID check
Your firm's teams will have been set up by the person responsible for managing your Thirdfort account. If you require any changes to your team or other teams please contact this person within your firm who can contact our client support team to make any necessary amendments.
