Cancelling checks that are no longer needed

Cancelling a Check
If a check that you have initiated no longer needs to be completed by the client, please close the activity down. To do so, please enter the activity and click the Cancel Check button in the top right-hand corner of the screen, as seen here:
You will be prompted to click the 'Proceed' button and then you will then be presented with the below pop-up where you will need to tick the 'Yes, I am sure' box and then the 'Proceed' button in order to cancel the activity.
Please note once this has been actioned it cannot be undone and the client cannot complete the check.
When an check has been cancelled, the egg timer icon will change to the cancelled check icon as below:
The time and date the ID check was aborted and who by, will be displayed in the Activity log at the bottom of the page.
Data deletion requests
If your client would like their data deleted under GDPR, they can do this in the app using the "Delete my Data" button. If they would like any assistance, they can get in touch with our dedicated support team at help@thirdfort.com, or use our in-app live messaging service to connect to a member of the team.
