You can now dismiss PEP and Sanctions hits that do not pertain to your client!

We know that not every hit that is surfaced in a Screening report will pertain to the person who's being verified. This is why you can now dismiss matches that do not relate to your client from within the Thirdfort portal.
How does it work?
Once you have received a Screening report for a client, you will be notified that the results are ready to review. We recommend you initially review the results from either the ID report or the PEP and Sanctions report, which contain all information that we're able to provide.
If there are any matches included that you are positive do not pertain to your client, you can go back to the client's activity page in order to dismiss these, under the 'PEP & Sanctions' section towards the bottom of the page. Once the matches have been dismissed, a new report will be generated with the open matches at the top, and the dismissed matches at the bottom.

Please note: dismissed hits will not be monitored by our Ongoing Monitoring feature.
