How to locate your Identity Document Verification and Lite Screening check results
Please note, the following information is only applicable if you order your checks via thirdfort.com.
Once an Identity Document Verification or Lite Screening check has been completed, you'll be notified as usual via email. The best way to access the report is to follow the link in this email.
How to search
Lite Screening and Identity Document Verification check results are searchable on the main dashboard. However, they are not searchable by mobile number as these are not app-based checks, you must search for these results using your file reference.
To search for past checks please ensure you have selected the relevant team from the drop-down box, and then paste or type the file reference into the field marked 'File reference'. Please note that only complete file names can be searched and must match the reference originally used exactly.
