Downloading supporting documents from an activity
Please note, the following information is only applicable if you order your checks via thirdfort.com.
How to download ID Documents, Proof of Address, Bank Statements and Additional Uploads
All documentation uploaded by your client is stored in the 'Additional uploaded documents' section of the activity page. To view and download a copy simply click the document and select Download.
When an ID check is complete your client has the option to upload any additional documentation you may need directly from our app. These additional uploads are again stored on your client's activity page in the 'Additional uploaded document' section. These uploads will not appear on the completed ID report.
