Share your clients’ KYC and AML reports with third parties.
Please note that the following information may only apply if you order your checks via thirdfort.com.
Through Secure share, you can share completed ID and AML reports with industry partners that you have a great working relationship with. Your clients will no longer have to repeat the same checks over and over again. And by referring clients to your industry partners you can focus on fighting fraud, not the other parties involved in the transaction. So you can keep your clients happy, their data secure and refer them to a trusted partner.
How does it work?
- A Thirdfort check is initiated on your client.
- Your client completes their tasks and provides all necessary information via our encrypted app.
- A completed report will be created and made accessible on the Thirdfort portal.
- From the results page, you can share the report by entering the email address of an industry partner.
- Your industry partner will be notified once a completed report is shared with them. They can then log into the Thirdfort portal to access the report.
Why should I use Secure share?
Simply, it streamlines referrals between industry partners, providing the necessary information upfront and eliminating repetitive checks for your mutual clients.
Which reports can be shared?
Secure share allows you to share the results of an Enhanced NFC ID, Original ID, Source of Funds and Lite screening.
Who can reports be shared with?
You can share reports with third parties who are also advising your client. This typically includes industry partners to whom you refer clients. The report recipient must be a Thirdfort client. If they're not, there's no need to worry. Refer them to thirdfort.com where they can sign-up.

They'll be directed to contact us to access the report, and after validating that the report has been shared with a legitimate business we will give them access to that report via the secure Thirdfort portal. Firms will be able to receive a limited number of reports before they need to sign up to Thirdfort to continue to access further reports.
Using Secure share to share with your colleagues
You can also use Secure share to share reports with your colleagues. The method of sharing and receiving reports works the same as sharing externally.
