Creating a Source of Funds check
Thirdfort's Source of Funds check can be initiated quickly and easily from the Thirdfort dashboard:
- Select "Add new activity" from your Thirdfort dashboard.
- Enter a file reference for your check.
- Select the purpose of the check; you can choose from:
- Conveyencing
- Property Services
- Legal Services
- Financial Services
- Other
- Select who the check is for. Depending on your previous selection, you may see some or none of the following options:
- Seller
- Purchaser
- Giftor
- Property other
- Enter your client's information:
- Full name
- Mobile number (including country code)
- Your client's email address
- Property address or reason for the Source of Funds check. (Your client will see this when completing their ID check and tasks.)
- Select the option for the Source of Funds questionnaire, and if needed, you can also request 6 months of bank statements from your client.
- If you need to share the completed report with another business, you can select to add Secure Share to the completed report.
- Click 'Send Invite' your client will then receive a text and email directing them to download Thirdfort and complete their check.
