What happens if I upload a low quality image?
If the uploaded file does not meet the quality standards outlined in Identity Document Verification check - A Guide the system will reject the upload and present an error message. By not allowing low quality uploads, the system ensures you catch the error as early as possible.
If you are unable to upload the ID document due to a quality issue, please click the “delete” icon, take another image or scan of the ID document and upload again. For size issues, please resize the identity document and re-upload.
