This table outlines the different types of terms that you might come across within our KYB product.
| Term | Description |
| Company Size | The description of the company size. A business may be classified as Micro, Small, Medium, or Large if it meets the criteria for the European Commission SME definition for businesses that operate within the European Union & UKSME classification. The size of an entity is determined using factors such as the total employee quantity and sales amount, or the total assets.

| Ownership | This is the % of ownership of the subject company who you are running the KYB check on. It will show for all entities and individuals in the ownership structure. For example, if there is one parent company it will show 100%, and if there are two individuals who own that parent company they will show 50% each. Any individual or entity at the top of the ownership structure will show with a ‘Beneficial’ pill displayed, and if the ownership is >=25% then they will show with a ‘UBO’ pill displayed. |
