Source of Funds Report
The best way to review your client’s source of funds check is via our in-platform review[hyperlink to “How can I review source of funds checks on CDD?” article]. The PDF report provides the same information but in a static format, including:
Transaction details
Details the information entered by your client relevant to their transaction, including:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Screening results
- Other relevant details such as property price, address, stamp duty and co-mortgagee
Source Overview
Includes a short overview of your clients' declared sources.
Key findings
Includes a summary of red flags and potential considerations identified by Thirdfort, based on your clients’ responses and bank data.
Income
Includes details of your clients’ declared primary and any additional income sources.
Source breakdown
Provides additional detail for each source declared, such as mortgage or giftor details.
Banking overview and trends
Provides details for each account your client shared statements from, including
- Name on account
- Account number
- Account type
- Connection (open banking or manual upload)
- Closing balance
- The top 10 incoming and outgoing transactions for each account
Banking transactions
Includes all transactions relevant to the key insights and sources for this check, focusing on the transactions that have been flagged by the system. The banking overview tab on the CDD platform contains a filterable view of all transaction data.
Evidence
All evidence uploaded by your client is included in the appendix.
