Available to Compliance and Enterprise tiers, only Organisation and Compliance admins can access it. Data can be filtered by time and team, and is organized into five tabs. The dashboard updates every few minutes with live data.

The Firm-wide insights dashboard gives you a real-time view of every risk signal your firm is generating. Get instant oversight into what your firm processes, who you onboard, what you monitor afterwards, where the money you're dealing with comes from and where your risk sits geographically. All of it broken down by trend, by type, time and team.
Who can see the dashboard?
Firm-wide insights is only available on the Compliance and Enterprise tiers. Within a firm, only Organisation admins and Compliance admins can see the dashboard.
How can I filter the data shown on the dashboard?
Filter by time period, five time-based presets filters are available:

30 days
90 days
12 months
Custom ranges of up to a year.
Filter by team, a multi-select dropdown menu allows you to view data from:

What does the dashboard include?
The dashboard is organised into five tabs, each relating to a specific element of the compliance lifecycle.

| Who we onboard | Screening outcomes including clear rate and confirmed PEPs, sanctions matches |
| Ongoing monitoring | Count of monitoring alerts (unreviewed and reviewed), monitoring alerts over time and where ongoing monitoring enablement by check type. |
| Source of funds | Higher-risk fund categories (Cash, Crypto and overseas funds), high-value property transactions, the full declared source breakdown and funds from FATF-listed jurisdictions. |
| Geographic risk | Cross-border exposure, links to FATF-listed jurisdictions and geographic distribution. |
How the data updates
Each tile queries live operational data every few minutes, so the data you're seeing is always current. If there is no data in the selected period, the tile will say "nothing in this period".
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
