Electronic Address Match
To speed up the verification process for both you and your client we've partnered with Experian to offer a ‘bank grade’ electronic address matching service. If your client resides outside the UK our international address matching tool will search for two quality name and address matches, surfacing the results in both our portal and ID report.
To request an international address match simply select the box when initiating the ID check on our portal.
If your client lives outside of the UK we recommend you select International Address Verification. This will then run a database match on your client should they enter a relevant address. If your client enters a UK address our UK matching tool will be used.
