TLDR: Clients can link only supported UK bank accounts via Thirdfort; international banks are not supported. Supported banks include Amex, Barclays, HSBC, Monzo, NatWest, Santander, and others. If clients see a "Connection Unsuccessful" error, usually on Android devices, they should set Google Chrome as their default browser to resolve the issue. Functionality may differ when accessing Thirdfort through partners or resellers.
Linking Bank Accounts
When your client attempts to link their bank they will only be able to link to banks supported by our provider, and accounts supported by the banks. If the bank or account type is not supported they will not be able to link this via Thirdfort.
Which banks are supported?
The majority of UK banks are supported; however, no international banks are supported. The type of account your client can link to is also determined by the bank. Some banks may allow all accounts to be shared, whilst others may only allow a current account to be shared.
