TLDR: When signing into the Thirdfort app, clients must enter a 6-digit code sent by text after providing their mobile number. Incorrect numbers or uninvited users won't receive a code. After five wrong code attempts, the client is blocked for 24 hours for security. For issues, clients should contact the Support Team or visit the Help Centre.
Signing in to the Thirdfort app
When signing into the Thirdfort app, your client is required to enter a 6 digit code sent to them by text, after they enter their mobile number into the app.
If your client enters the wrong number or tries to sign in with a mobile number that has not been invited, they will not receive a 6-digit code.
If your client enters the wrong code 5 times, they will be blocked as a security precaution to prevent any unauthorised users from accessing their check.
The block will automatically lift from their number within 24 hours. This cannot be overridden by Thirdfort.
If your client is experiencing an issue signing into the app or receiving their code we recommend they contact our app Support Team for assistance. They can also access guidance on signing in on our Help Centre here.
