If the client's address is in a supported jurisdiction, an electronic verification runs automatically, providing a ‘clear’ or ‘consider’ result based on Experian's address match quality. The client experience remains unchanged.
IAV in ID Checks
To use international address verification for an app-based ID check, select this option when you create the check.
Your client's experience in the app will stay the same.
If your client enters an address in a jurisdiction we support, we'll automatically run an electronic address verification.
You will receive a ‘clear’ result if we have been able to confirm that the quality of address match sources from Experian is sufficient, or a ‘consider’ if not.
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
