TLDR: Initiate Digital Right to Rent checks in Thirdfort by creating an Identity check, selecting the organisation, team, purpose, and subject type, entering client and property details, choosing Digital Right to Rent, and submitting.
Digital Right to Rent checks can be initiated quickly and easily via the Thirdfort platform.
Initiating Digital Right to Rent checks on Thirdfort
- Click the blue “Create check” button on the right hand side of the screen
- Select "Identity check"
- Select an Organisation and Team for the check
- Enter a file reference for your check (this will appear at the top of the PDF report, on the all checks table and the check details page on the CDD platform)
- Select the purpose of the check. For Digital Right to Rent, select Property Services
- Select who the check is for, for Digital Right to Rent, select Tenant, occupant or guarantor
- Enter the details of who the check is for (the subject of the check, typically your clients details)
- Full name
- Mobile number (including country code)
- Your client's email address
- Property address
- Select Digital Right to Rent check
- Click the Submit button to initiate the check
I can't see the "Digital Right to Rent" option
If Digital Right to Rent does not appear as an option when you create a check, the product may not be enabled for your organisation. Speak to your Organisation Admin, who can check that Digital Right to Rent is switched on in your organisation settings. Once it has been enabled, the option will be available when you create a new check.
