Peps and sanctions screening, address verification and the Known Fraud check don't affect the Right to Rent check outcome
The Digital Right to Rent check is built to the GPG 45 M1A identity profile, which is the medium level of confidence the Right to Rent supplementary code requires. The Right to Rent outcome is based only on the tenant's passport or Irish passport card, and on matching their selfie to the photo on that document.
Screening, address verification and the Known Fraud check are included to support your wider due diligence. Their results show separately in the report and don't affect whether the tenant gets a successful Right to Rent outcome.
This means a tenant can get a successful Right to Rent outcome while the overall check shows Consider, for example because of a screening or address match result. In that case, review those results as part of your wider checks.
