We use a variety of data sources to electronically identify the address of a client
For the address match to be done successfully, we require a minimum of two matches and those matches must be of sufficient data quality.
We partner with Experian to offer this service, allowing us to use their 'bank grade' offering for the settings and match criteria of our search. This ensures that our product is compliant with relevant industry legal regulations and guidance.

- Full electoral roll
- Public information files (CCJs, Administration orders, IVAs, Bankruptcies)
- Experian CAIS data (credit account):
- Unsecured loan, Mortgage, Finance, Current account, Utilities, Communications, Rental/Leasing, Credit/Store cards, Media services & communications, Insurance services, Payment protection, Consolidated debt, Leisure finance, Mail order
Secondary Data Sources
- Telephone directory
- Experian CAPS data (credit application)
High Risk Warnings

- Mortality databases
- Royal Mail NCOA Alert Data (Postal redirect service)
- Accommodation Address File (mail drop or non-residential address)
- Current Address Forward Link Alert (non-current residential address)
- Age verification
Further Information
We search these databases with the primary aim of locating records of the individual being registered to the address they have provided us with. However these databases contain a myriad of data, and if we find anything else that could be an indicator of risk, we will let you know under the Further Information section of the address match report.
