Ongoing Monitoring
Ongoing Monitoring is a service Thirdfort offers in partnership with our provider Comply Advantage. Ongoing Monitoring means that if there are any new matches for the individual in question in the following categories: Politically Exposed Person (PEP); Sanctions; Adverse Media; Fitness Probity or Warnings, you will be notified of these changes.
Turning on Ongoing Monitoring
When initiating an Enhanced NFC, Original ID check, or Lite Screening check, you will see the option to enable Ongoing Monitoring as part of your check set-up.
Can I enable Ongoing Monitoring after setting up a check?
Ongoing Monitoring can be enabled after a check has been created. To enable this, locate the check from your Thirdfort dashboard, and select the toggle to enable Ongoing Monitoring.
When Ongoing Monitoring is enabled, you will see a blue circle next to your client's name.

Turning off Ongoing Monitoring
Ongoing Monitoring can be disabled using the toggle on your client's check. If Ongoing Monitoring is disabled and then re-enabled within the same 12-month period, there will be no additional charge.
