Lite Screening checks

Thirdforts Lite Screening check allows you to verify your client using only their full name, date of birth and current address. It requires no input from the client themselves and will return a report to you which can include:

Initiating a Lite Screening check

Your Lite screening check is initiated directly from the Thirdfort dashboard:

Click the pink "Add new activity" button on the right side of the dashboard.
From the left-hand menu, select "Lite Screening"
Select the team to assign the check to
Enter the check details and submit the check.

You will have the option to turn on Ongoing Monitoring if you would like to be updated on any changes to your client's screening status.

Lite Screening and Address Verification

If you need to verify both the individual's address and perform AML screening, please select screening with address verification.

If address verification is not necessary or possible, screening can be performed without address verification. This is ideal for checking counter-parties or company directors.

Lite Screening and CCJS/Insolvency

If you need to screen for financial risk indicators such as CCJs and Insolvency records, please enable CCJs & Insolvency for your organisation and select the Lite Screening option with Address verification at initiation.
