Using an expired ID
It is possible for your client to complete a Thirdfort check using an expired ID. When the check is complete, this will return with a consider flag in reference to the data validation. All other tasks and verification will be completed as normal by your client.
Client Guidance
If you are happy to proceed on this basis, once your client has completed all of their tasks they will be asked to repeat the ID task. At this point, your client can then skip to repeat the task, which will then complete their check using the expired ID.
