Completed Client Checks
If your client has advised you they have completed their check, but you are unable to see this on the Thirdfort portal, it is likely they still have an outstanding task to complete in the Thirdfort app.
We recommend directing your client back to the app to check for any outstanding tasks, as these can sometimes load in after your client believes they have completed everything.
If your client cannot see any pending tasks or encounters any issues, we recommend they speak directly to our App Support Team, who can assist them in completing their check and getting you your completed report.
