Searching for KYB checks
Know-your-business check results are searchable on the main dashboard. However, they are not searchable by mobile number as these are not app-based checks.
When searching for a check please ensure you select the relevant team that the check was initiated in. You can search using the company name, registration number, file reference or jurisdiction. You can filter by the check status as well as whether ongoing monitoring is switched on.
