TLDR: After completing an Identity Document Verification or Lite Screening check, you'll receive an email with a direct link or can search via the Thirdfort portal. Results are searchable on the main dashboard by file reference, not by mobile number, and require exact file name matches. Select the relevant team before searching.
Searching for web-based ID checks
Once an Identity Document Verification or Lite Screening check has been completed, you'll be notified as usual via email. Your email will include a link directly to the check, or you can search for the check via the Thirdfort portal.
Lite Screening and Identity Document Verification check results are searchable on the main dashboard. However, they are not searchable by mobile number as these are not app-based checks, you must search for these results using your file reference.
To search for past checks, please ensure you have selected the relevant team from the drop-down box, and then paste or type the file reference into the field marked 'File reference'. Please note that only complete file names can be searched and must match the reference originally used exactly.
