TLDR: The Thirdfort portal categorizes checks into three statuses: Closed (completed and downloadable with full reports), Awaiting Activities (client has outstanding tasks and data is not viewable), and Cancelled (check closed before completion and cannot be reopened).
Viewing Checks
When viewing checks on the Thirdfort portal, each check has 1 of 3 statuses to help you easily manage them.
Status: Closed
Closed checks have been completed by your clients and are available to download. You will be able to view the full PDF report and view your clients' information and documents.
Status: Awaiting Activities
If the check status is 'Awaiting activities', this indicates that your client has not completed all tasks required in the app. Please ask your client to log back into the app to see any outstanding tasks. You will not be able to view their submitted information until they complete this.
Status: Cancelled
If the check status is cancelled, it means that the check has been closed down before being completed.
Once a check is closed, it's not possible to reopen a check or obtain any data that may have been submitted. Only you or the Thirdfort Support Team can cancel an ID check. If a check is cancelled by our team, we will be in touch to confirm this and provide an update.
