TLDR: Screening reports notify you by email when a client's initial PEP result or new match is found via Ongoing Monitoring. These reports are separate from the ID report and downloadable from the client's activity page under 'Screening Results.' Initial results appear in the ID report, but new matches only show in the Screening report, which includes all past and current matches, with new ones marked in pink.
Screening Reports
As soon as your client's initial PEP result is ready or a new match has been found with our Ongoing Monitoring feature, you will be notified by email. The link in the email will take you to the client's activity page, where you can download the Screening report.
This report will be separate from the ID report and available to download towards the bottom of the page under the 'Activity details' section of the portal.
You will need to click where it says 'Screening Results' to expand the section, view the results and download the Screening report.
The initial Screening results which return will also be included in the main ID report. Any new matches will not be added to the ID report and will be available from the Screening report only.
Every time a new report is generated, it will include all previous, new and dismissed PEP and Sanctions matches for this client. New matches will be displayed at the top of the report with a pink marker, and previous matches will be displayed below, including the date of the hit and all further information and links we have available from the source.
