TLDR: When a client completes their check, their attached documents are accessible via the Thirdfort portal and can be downloaded. Clients can also upload additional documents through the app, which appear on their activity page but not in the completed ID report.
Attached Documents
When your client has completed their check, their attached documents will be visible via the Thirdfort portal. To download a copy of any of their supplied documents, select the document from the completed check and select the option to download the document.
Additional Documents
When an ID check is complete, your client has the option to upload any additional documentation you may need directly from our app. These additional uploads are again stored on your client's activity page in the 'Additional uploaded document' section. These uploads will not appear on the completed ID report.
