Managing 2FA
When setting up your Thirdfort 2FA, you will be asked if you want to "Remember this device for 30 days." If this option is not selected when first setting up 2FA, or when entering a 2FA code on subsequent logins, you will be asked for a code every time.
I'm still being asked for codes
If you have selected to be remembered but are still being asked for codes, the following troubleshooting may help resolve this:
- Installing any pending updates for your browser,
- Clearing your browser's cookies and cache,
- Trying to sign in via an incognito window and selecting to be remembered for 30 days again,
- Check with your company's IT department if any policies or settings are preventing you from being remembered on your device.
