The article explains the statuses of checks on the Thirdfort CDD platform. Statuses include "In progress" (pending client or processing), "Complete" (all steps done), "Cancelled" (no further action, cannot be reactivated), "Ready for review" (requires attention), "Review requested" (user asked to review), "Reviewed: Approved," and "Reviewed: Rejected." Cancelled checks still appear and may incur charges.
Check Statuses
Each check has a current status based on the result and whether the check has been reviewed. Statuses are shown on the left-hand column of the table on the All Checks page.
In progress
An “in progress” check is a check which has been initiated and is either pending:
- Client or subject completion
- Processing by Thirdfort
Complete
A check with “complete” status means all activities have been completed by your client or subject, and Thirdfort has completed processing.
Cancelled
“Cancelled” status means a check is no longer required and will stop all further actions. Cancelled checks cannot be edited or reactivated. The check will still appear on the “All Checks” page. If the check has been cancelled after completion, your organisation will still be billed.
Ready for review
The check finished with a finding that requires attention. A review task has been auto-created and is sitting unassigned in the team queue.
Review requested
A user in your firm has been asked to review the result of a check.
Reviewed: Approved
A reviewer has approved the check.
Reviewed: Rejected
A reviewer has rejected the check.
