TLDR: The article explains check statuses on Thirdfort's new CDD platform: "In progress" means the check is pending client completion or Thirdfort processing; "Complete" indicates all actions by client and Thirdfort are done; "Cancelled" means the check is no longer needed, stops all actions, cannot be edited or reactivated, but still appears in records and may incur billing if cancelled post-completion. Statuses appear in the "All Checks" page.
Check Statuses
A Thirdfort check can have 1 of 3 statuses: In Progress, Complete or Cancelled.
In progress
An “in progress” check is a check which has been initiated and is either pending:
- Client or subject completion
- Processing by Thirdfort
Complete
A check with “complete” status means all activities have been completed by your client or subject, and Thirdfort has completed processing.
Cancelled
“Cancelled” status means a check is no longer required and will stop all further actions. Cancelled checks cannot be edited or reactivated. The check will still appear on the “All Checks” page. If the check has been cancelled after completion, your organisation will still be billed.
Statuses are shown on the left-hand column of the table on the All Checks page
