TLDR: Organisation and Team admins can configure team settings to send check notifications to a group or shared inbox alongside the individual who initiated the check. Notifications cover completed checks, ongoing-monitoring hits and reminders, and additional document uploads. Select the relevant team’s Settings tab, open Check Notifications, and choose the recipient group.
Check notifications can be sent to a group alongside the individual who initiated the check
You can configure a team's settings so that check notifications go to a group or shared inbox, in addition to the person who initiated the check.
By default, all notifications relating to a check are sent automatically to the individual who initiated it. Organisation and Team admins can also configure notification settings so the same notifications are sent to a group of individuals or a shared inbox.
What's included in check notifications
| Notification | Trigger |
|---|---|
| Check complete | A client or the Thirdfort system completes a check |
| Ongoing-monitoring hit | A hit is recorded against an ongoing-monitoring check |
| Ongoing-monitoring renewal reminder | An ongoing-monitoring check is due for renewal |
| Additional document uploaded | A client uploads an additional document relating to their check |

- As an Organisation or Team admin, go to your organisation settings page and select the relevant team.
- Open the Settings tab for that team.
- Scroll to Check Notifications
- Use the dropdown to select the group that should receive notifications, alongside the check's usual recipient.
