To delete a client's data on the Thirdfort Client Due Diligence platform, locate the check on the 'All checks' page using search or filters. Then, on the 'Check details' page, scroll down and click 'Delete check' to permanently remove the data, making it inaccessible. This applies to users of the new CDD platform only.
Deleting Client Data
If you need to delete your client's data from the Thirdfort Client Due Diligence platform, you can delete the check from the check details page.
How to delete a check
First, find the check on the 'All checks' page. You can use the search bar or filters to find the relevant check.
Once on the 'Check details' page, scroll to the bottom and click 'Delete check'. This will completely delete the check from the platform. You will no longer be able to access this information.
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
