TLDR: Once a check is initiated for a client, details like name, mobile number, email, and assigned tasks cannot be changed. To update these, cancel the original check and start a new one. Clients can skip unwanted tasks in the Thirdfort app, except ID tasks, or the Support Team can skip tasks on their behalf. Functionality may vary if accessing via a partner or reseller.
Initiated Checks
Once you have initiated a check for your client, the details of this check cannot be changed. This includes:
- The name on the check,
- Your client's mobile number,
- Your client's email address,
- The tasks assigned for your client.
If you need to update the name, number or email, please cancel the original check and initiate a new check with the correct details.
Wrongly Assigned Tasks
If you have requested a task that you no longer require your client to complete, your client can skip these within the Thirdfort app. The majority of tasks (excluding ID tasks) can be skipped after your client selects to start them.
Alternatively, our Support Team can skip tasks on behalf of you or your client.
