TLDR: You can enable ongoing monitoring either when creating a check by ticking the box before submission or after completion by toggling it on in the check details under Screenings. This applies to Thirdfort Clients on the new CDD platform.
Enabling Ongoing Monitoring
You can enable ongoing monitoring when you create a check or after it completes.
When creating a check
Tick the ongoing monitoring box before you submit the check.
After a check has been completed
- Go to All checks and search for the check.
- Open the check details page.
- Under Screenings, select the ongoing monitoring toggle to turn it on.
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
