TLDR: You can disable Ongoing Monitoring by going to All Checks, selecting the relevant check, opening its details, and toggling off Ongoing Monitoring under Screenings. This applies to Thirdfort clients on the new CDD platform.
Disabling Ongoing Monitoring
You can turn off Ongoing Monitoring at any time:
- Go to All Checks and find the check you need to disable monitoring for
- Open the check details page
- Under Screenings, select the toggle to turn off Ongoing Monitoring
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
