TLDR: You can change who receives Ongoing Monitoring notifications when deleting a user by selecting another user to receive future notifications. This option is available only to Thirdfort admins using the new CDD platform.

Ongoing Monitoring Notifications

You can change who receives Ongoing Monitoring notifications when a user is deleted.

When deleting a user:

Select another user in the text box to receive future notifications.
Select Delete user.

All future ongoing monitoring notifications will be sent to the selected user.

This option is only available to Thirdfort admins within your organisation.

This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
