TLDR: Ongoing Monitoring costs 1 credit for 12 months from activation. After 11 months, you'll be notified to renew for another 12 months and can do nothing to continue. Turning monitoring off and on within the initial 12 months incurs no extra charge. This applies to Thirdfort clients on the new CDD platform.
Ongoing Monitoring Billing
The pricing for Ongoing Monitoring is split between when it is activated and if it is renewed:
- Price: 1 credit for 12 months of ongoing monitoring from the moment it is turned on.
- Renewal: After 11 months, you will be notified and asked if you want to continue monitoring for another 12 months. Do nothing if you want it to continue.
If you turn on Ongoing Monitoring off and back on within the initial 12 months, there is no additional charge.
