Screening Activity Log
Yes. When a potential screening match is a match or does not match, we record what happened, who did it, and when.
You can view this in the Activity log at the bottom of the check details page.
What you will see in the activity log
- Event: Screening review updated.
- Details: Which match or group of matches were updated. If a single match was updated, you will see a link that takes you straight to it.
- Notes: The reason you provided for the update.
- Who: The date and time of the update, and the email address of the user who took the action.
Tip: If you do not see the event immediately, refresh the page and check the Activity log again.
This guide is for Thirdfort Clients using the new CDD platform. This article may not apply if you have not yet been migrated to the new platform or access Thirdfort via a partner or reseller.
