TLDR: The analysis of uploaded PDF or image bank statements in CDD is not completed if the data is inaccurately extracted due to issues like poor image quality, file problems, obscured or missing data, or if the extracted data does not meet minimum quality standards.
No analysis completed on uploaded PDF or image bank statements in CDD
We aim to provide you with the best quality reports possible, which means having a high bar for accuracy. As a result, we will not analyse bank data that has not been accurately extracted from your client's statements. That does mean that in some circumstances, you will not receive our full analysis on statements uploaded as a PDF or images.
There are a few reasons why we cannot complete the analysis, including:
- Poor image quality
- An issue with the file or format
- Data which has been obscured
- Missing data (e.g. a statement without an account number)
- Data extracted did not meet our minimum quality level
