Reviewing bank statements on the CDD platform
When your clients share bank statements as part of an ID verification, you can review their bank statements and data directly on the thirdfort CDD platform or by downloading the PDF report. Reviewing bank statement data on the CDD platform provides more functionality, including the ability to filter bank data by account, date range or transaction and download uploaded statements.
How to review bank statements
- On the navigation menu on the left of the platform, select “All checks”
- Use the search functionality to find and select the relevant check
- On the Check details page, scroll down to the Bank statements section and select the “View bank statements” button on the right-hand side.
- On the Bank statements page, you’ll see tabs, which give you a clear view of your clients' banking data for each account they have shared.
- Key findings: Surfaces any potential risk flags and items for consideration identified within your client’s banking data.
- Banking overview: Includes all the details and transaction data from the bank statements shared, which can be viewed by account and sorted by value, making analysis easy. Banking overview includes:
- Name on account
- Account number
- Account type
- Connection (open banking or manual upload)
- Closing balance
- Transaction data
- Evidence: Review and download uploaded bank statements
