How do I configure bank statement collection settings
Organisation Admins, can configure the default number of months of bank statements collected across all checks in Organisation settings.
Setting the organisation default
To set the default, navigate to Organisation settings and select your preferred option: 3, 6, or 12 months. Once saved, this default applies to all checks that include a bank statement request, across every member of your organisation.
Override permissions
Organisation Admins, and Check Creators automatically have the ability to override the default bank statement request time period at check initiation. These user types will see a dropdown when initiating a check, allowing them to request 3, 6, or 12 months for that specific check. Selecting a different time period at check initiation does not change the default.
