Cancelling Checks
If you no longer require a check, you can cancel this to prevent further reminders to your client.
To cancel the check please go to your Thirdfort portal and locate the check, and then select the option to cancel it using the blue button.
You'll be asked to confirm that you do want to cancel the check to prevent any accidental cancellations.

Once cancelled, the check status will update to 'Cancelled.'
Can I un-cancel a check?
A cancelled check cannot be restarted, and if you do need to verify your client, you will need to set up a new check for them to complete.
