The ownership tab shows any owner holding 5% or more, and flags owners holding 25% or more as an ultimate beneficial owner (UBO).
The ownership tab displays individuals and entities based on how much of the business they own.
What ownership threshold is shown?
| Ownership | What happens |
|---|---|
| 5% or more | The individual or entity is visible on the ownership tab |
| 25% or more | The individual or entity is also marked as an ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) |
Anyone below 5% ownership will not appear on the ownership tab.
