KYB screening match records are laid out across several sections, each helping you judge whether the match relates to your subject company.
Clicking a match from the screening results table opens the match record page. The detail behind the match is split across a right-hand panel (the match itself) and a left-hand panel (resolution and monitoring).
Match comparison
This sets the details you submitted side by side with the details of the matched record — your first checkpoint for judging relevance before digging into the rest of the record.

| Matched record | The entity or company details on the record you're viewing, and its country of registration |
| Type | Which datapoint on the matched record the submitted datapoint matched against — for example the primary name, an alias, or a native alias |
| Match strength | How closely the submitted datapoint matches the matched record, shown alongside the percentage score |
Identity information
The Identity information section gives you context on the matched record, including its entity type, organisation name and identifying numbers, such as company registration number.
Names
Lists every name held against the matched record, so you can see what kind of name each one is and rule a match in or out where the subject company trades under an alias or a name in another script.

Locations
Lists the countries associated with the matched record — where it operates, is registered, or has appeared in adverse media. Comparing this against your subject company's registered and operating countries helps confirm a genuine match and surfaces jurisdictional risk.

Categories
All data is tagged with a keyword and categorised by dataset:

Additional details
Brings together a biography, named officers, and any relevant sanctions listings, reports and watchlist detail, so you can assess risk without leaving the platform. Additional details are a point-in-time snapshot of publicly available information — always confirm independently whether the association applies to your subject company.

Provides further detail on the sub-category of matches found in relation to this result.
Sources
Lists the public sources used to build the record, including the date each was added. The source link opens a cached copy of the original page.
