TLDR: Open and review individual screening matches and resolve them as False, Possible, or Positive. Provide the required risk level, reason, and optional notes. False matches stop further monitoring alerts; possible matches require notes explaining uncertainty.
You resolve a screening result by marking it as a false, possible, or positive match.
Opening a screening result
From the check's screening results page, click into an individual match to see the match comparison and identity information.
From here, use the Mark matches as options to resolve it as False, Possible, or Positive. Each option opens a panel asking for a flag type, risk level, and reason, before the result is resolved.
Marking a result as a false match
Use this when the result is not the company that was screened. Marking a result as a false match will stop any further monitoring alerts for this result.

| Risk level | Defaults to "No risk" |
| Reasons | Select at least one: name does not match, company number does not match, address or location does not match, registered country does not match, organisation type does not match, or other |

Marking a result as a possible match
Use this when a confident decision can't be made about whether the result relates to the screened company. Add notes explaining why.
